Dear I am new in this forum, I have plot in G-14/2 40*80 and I am looking for constructing house on it in future. Can some one give me some guidance that when it will start development work? Second I am not aware about that this is good sector or not as I heard that one sector n G-14 is not good? Please
Dear Shah Saud Welcome to the form. You have plot in G-14/2 and you want construction on it. brother G-14 location is very nice but there are some issues in G-14/3-2-1 as possessions are not handed over and there is no bright chances in near future however if you can wait for few years then there is a bright chance of possession and development. This will be a good sector after possessions but right now things are not very clear as there are small villages and encroachment in those areas.
