Market trend 2016 , my assumptions

In past we heard that in 2020 lahore property will become as high that people wont able to migrate from different city , without going into details of y etc i will strict to property

As we step into 2016 , few mouths also telling a economical crises arising in western world and wars etc emerging in gulf , will it impact property. At same time we are seeing gold prices going down also fuel which boost to other business too and investment moves away from property same time inflation keep on increasing and currency devaluing , so no crystal clear economical standing , at same time we know in whole over world three phase in property is must , which are slump , longest period. Second recovery phase and last but not least is boom the mid term period ,

Now all answers of abovevis alhamdolillah our property minds , gurus learnt from past , not only property gurus but army too , we are not becoming part of any war same time we are going towards prosper pakistan , so econimical issues and wars in west or gulf can damage property of their land but not pakistan , same time on ground realities we already learnt from past and we see we can not bear artifical boom and slump phase so after 2013 recovery instead of boom lahore and pakistan property went into correction phase. So things clear yes lahore property hot and keep on increasing slowly , lot of innvestment going on projects by govt. So societies near to projects of govt or beneficaries which will also perform and fulfill promises will gain more than others . But one thing sure take best performing society right now lake city as example , surly it wont comeback to prices of today or prices of past in time to come , so any big event of crises max can do a correction of 5 lac plus minus max to todays rate in anywhere in lahore for kanal plots and less than 5 for smaller , only worryable things is govt taxes :) cheers ssa (asad)
