Gents, any inside info on why PHA is able to finish the G-11/3 apartments yet. They have handed over physically the possession but without electricity and gas.
I think they have imposed some development charges of 8 lakh which are still being disputed,
Mr.Adnan is right additional charges to be paib by the allottees.

Yes, but even the allottess that have paid and got the possession are not able to occupy the property due to non-provision of electricity and gas.
