My question is not related to prices per home but ideal place with every facility ....
A hilly areas has beautiful views but maybe dont have proper communication facilities (other issues i havent live in those areas so i assume ) as compare to a old city life with all hussle and bustle but not proper sanitation facilities , extremely narrow streets :p , depressing atmosphere , privacy issues aswell i assume...
Now a days every other person believe in public and private society life ( maybe they have all the facilities but are these all societies ideal ? Do people really have peace of mind ?
If all villages and old cities people are living in bad condition then why they are not complaining ,( yes there are issues but whole pak has those sort of issues) i believe majority of the people have peace of mind in these localities aswell....
I prefer talhar village over all islamabad sectors .... :p
