Can somebody tell me about the latest position of development works in the subject sector viz aviz prevailing market rates? I’ve a plot of 14 Marla and wants to dispose off now. It is in St 108.
Rates are almost stable in G-14/1-2-3 rite now.
Haya it is time hold the plot, the satiation will improve after jun 2014. There is no proper rate as seller are demanding 80 lac to 120 Lac but there is no purchaser in this rate.
