A very bad scattered land even 25 ft down than actual city and gutter water passing through land and near ravi river in flooded zone. A corrupt group eden started it on name of army after that supreme court in its verdict handed this to dha who was fighting case against ex partner eden group hammad. Its not approachable as of now and may take ten years to get proper land and the worst is not easy to develop land which will bring extraordinary development charges as first need to save from flood water ,gutter water and fill 25 ft land and need approaches from ring road loop 3 that yet to built.
