2.Green palm of a brand made its name in lahore from years, land on makram coastal high way , among first to get noc on merit ,development started recently almost less than even half price than naval anchorage beside having ideal name but do not give bribes to dealer as will and therfore not praised oftenly.
3.Golf city by bsm developer,owner of bilal steel mill and grandson of malik riaz bahria,land is near iran border even 17 km away from green palm from makran ,bought a flop project land named rabia city but developing on repute of bahria stake.People say with new master plan naval and green palm would becone ideal and golf city do have some land good for golf ground as near water resource.On price between middle of naval and green palm but far away from gwadar city.
