I have plot in B 17, block E and I want a portion for rent for a two person family. Any idea what is rent value or you know any one who is looking for a small family for lending his house portion for rent. I am interested to build house after possession and want to have a good look at the area before starting work.

I dont live there but in my opinion it should not be more than 10000-13000 rupees.You should be able to get a good portion in this range. B-17 still not too much papulated so the rent should not be too much.
There are some houses constructed in B block in B17 and some of them might be available for rent. However you have to check with some nearby property dealers. Please let us know also when you find out. Thanks
Yes, i am pretty much sure, the rents will be too low.
