I have a 1 Kanal plot in DHA Lahore phase 6 sec c. I want to sell. What is the best time to do so before 31 May 2015?
In the first quarter of 2015 subject to good offer.
Sell before Phase 8 comes in possession. At that time people looking for ready plots will have too many options and more DHA plots in the market pool.
PK1 - Phase 8 possession will at least take 3 years. Isn’t that right?
When a commodity reaches its peak price, that is the time to sell. In the real estate market one needs to know when to get out of the market. I would recommend that you sell this plot and invest in a DHA Rahber file(s), Phase 9 5 marla plots. Phase 6 and Phase 8 are at its peak price, now the only increase in the value will be with increase in macro economical factors. The potential profit in my opinion has reached its maximum level in both the Phases.
