I have a reasonably well located plot in dha phase 7 lahore(u block).It is located on back of 100 foot road in non possession area. Should i sell it and invest in dha 9 prism . If yes , what is the max price i can get for it?If no, should i wait till possession?

    First ripe it than move to prism , but a valid Q if u can get two plots in prism than i think more profit there

      Prism to me is more beneficial. Whatever we say, phase 7 lower cutting plots......... No good location... Sorry.

        First of all, nobody can give u price evaluation without knowing ur plot number. Secondly, u can not buy good location 2-plots of One kanal in Prism by selling one plot in Phase-7 as suggested by Asad. Overall DHA Lahore prices are stagnant these days. Both options are good if u keep this plot or u move ur investment to Prism. Phase-7 has slight edge of on ground development, its out from speculation phase, it would keep increasing gradually whereas in case of Phase-9 u can expect speculative up & down moves with changing political & economic situation within country. However In the longer run, both options would give u good gains.

            Your plot location is good, its developed plot & clean area. I would suggest you to hold this plot, hopefully u will get its possession within one year. Construction activity is already going on in upper part of this block.

            As far as its estimated value is concerned, i will not comment on it. Better to check from 2-3 reliable agents for correct estimation. I can say u one thing, prices in all DHA phases are stagnant these days & u can see slight decline in Phase-9 prices soon.

                Phase-7 Y & Z-block possession is announced today (Residential & Commercial both). Almost 2420 plots of Y-block and 880 plots of Z block got possession. I hope your plot in U block would also get possession within 5-6 months coz development work is almost completed there. This is just for ur info

                  Yes thank you,I was also told by a friend about possession in Y and Z blocks yesterday.What in your opinion will the effect on price in case of possession if I wait for 5-6 months?

                      Please dont sell this plot , hold on for few months and u will get a good return and then subsequently u may invest in phase 9 once the prices get stable in this phase,NOT THE TIME TO SELL FROM PHASE 7
