11 B always considered best block of North Karachi. Can you pinpoint your plot? It’s on Double road leading from UP mor or on road opposite from Saleem center? And what you mean by ground floor constructed plot??Its plinth with boundary wall, structure only or half finished?

Sorry bro still not clear. Friend purchased here (on main front road facing 600 yards wali line). The plots normally in range 9-12 million range. You should contact Rockwell. They deal all over Karachi at at least more professional than most estate agencies.
