What is the future of ministry of commerce cooperative housing society?
May recover after NAB inquiry or change of current management.
Though the management is free on bail from NAB, but still there is so much chaos and internal politics between management. No physical work is being done from last few years.
Its location is very good as there is a separate interchange for it on CPEC route. So for very long term 10-15 years this can be a golden egg. But for now its a dead investment.
