Thinking of selling my plots in multan. Feel like peak has been achieved and exit should be made. Should i sell or hold?
Also thinking of buying in lahore afterwards for long term hold. I think multan property will be hit badly by the correction expected this year while lahore market will suffer less. Any views or advice?
Real estate in Small Cities may see little bit correction. This is my opinion as well. Whereas LAhore, Karachi, RWP/ISB will see the consolidation.
Thanks for advice, very much in line with what others have been telling me. I already begun procedure to sell plots, hopefully I get some nice offers.
Does seem like a major correction will happen in coming months in Multan. Looks like Lahore will be able to weather the storm.
