I am an overseas pakistani. I have a flat in defence residency dha phase 2 islamabad which i purchased in 2013 for investment viewpoint.
Now that 5 years + have gone, its value is still stagnant [not even meeting my purchase price as i paid 6 lacks own to dealer in 2013).
What is your suggestion, should i sell it and use the amount in investment elsewhere or are there any chances of increment in near future.
Need your valued suggestion as i'm not aware of the onground developments there.
