Brothers, I am an overseas Pakistani and will be visiting Pakistan for holidays after a week. I have a 1 kanal plot in shah allah ditta which I bought some 2 years ago. I want to sale it out now and maybe buy somewhere else.

Shah Allah Ditta is a locality adjacent to sector D-12 in Islamabad. It is CDA exempt area. Property transfer is through proper intiqal. This area is getting attention from people who want to build large farmhouses in the midst of margallas but not too far from the city. Margalla avenue, whenever completed will give an exponential rise to values.
Right now I am abroad and not fully in touch with the market, so don't know what the fair price of a 1 kanal plot should be. It is located on main road. I would appreciate if some knowledgeable member could guide me. Thankyou.
