I have a good location plot in dha lahore phase 7 u block.Is it a good idea to sell it now or to wait for further appreciation in value .If yes, for how long?
It depends on whether you have better investment option.
Phase 7 for some reasons is not favorite of investors/dealers.
Everyone is talking about prism 9; when one compare the current prices of prism (expected to be delivered in next 5 yrs roughly) with phase 7 on ground with possession plots its evident that either phase 7 is under priced or prism 9 is over priced.
Phase-7 is heavily under priced right now & it can get momentum anytime. I would suggest to hold your plot for next six months as next turn can be of Phase-7. I heard dealers have started Bianas in Phase-7 which is evident of price rise in near futire

If you have an additional investment I would advice going for Phase8 Z block or S block or Y block. These are expected to give you a better return on invesment (ROI) in comparison to a U block plot in Phase 7.
