You need to assign a special attorney in the name of someone for selling that house. No need to be there for the deal matter

I want to sell the house located in karachi( not in the housing society). There are two owners of the property one is here and other is in canada.
Now someone told me for power attorney, but what will be the procedure? Do the abroad owner sign the power in front of notary public or infront of registrar?
Please guide.
