I am selling my house in hyderabad, so as a seller, my question is that do i have to pay the certain amount to tax authorites? If yes then how much is gonna be the amount i have to pay?
I am not sure about Hyderabad authorities. But generally there are two things:
Transfer Cost, have to bear by purchaser
Gain Tax, have to bear by seller.
You can check from the Hyderabad Authorities for the exact numbers. Generally, the tax is 1 percent for the tax filer and 2 percent for the non filer
