I'd like to know the value of my 1 Kanal house which is located in Gulberg 3 close to Shapes gym behind Qadaffi Stadium. The house was contructed in 1986/87 and was renovated in 2005. Five bed room house with attach washrooms. Three kitchens and two drawing rooms and two dinning rooms each.

1. Value of property in Gulberg III, Lahore near Shapes Gym can vary a lot depending on its surrounding residential atmosphere.
2. It is unfortunate that the area has been mostly commercialised. I want it only for personal family residential use.
3. However, price can be ascertained by any third party and immediate payment made by me, only if you would like to sell it but without any property dealers intervention.
4. Only requirement is that it should be a win-win situation for both.
