I am looking forward to sell my 10 marla plot in Nespak phase-2 site-1. It is situated in d-block the back door of the society is in next street to us. The d-block park is after 2 plots. My plot is boundary wall. On other side of boundary wall there is road of lda avenue and plots are facing to the boundary wall beside my plot...

I think its not a good time to sell your plot because the rates of nespak phase 2 are too low.
