Tell the dealer of your choice with your requirement.
Get the prices of at least 3 houses
Visit those houses and ask questions like:
House age, house material, house rooms etc
Compare prices and pay token.
Get your legal papers done & payment done.
Pay commission to dealer and shift to your new house.
For 10 marla plot:
Tell your requirements to property dealer like facing park, corner, wide road, best location etc
Get prices of at least 3 plots
Compare the prices
Ask is plot on possession or still on balloting process.
Pay token & verify documents
Pay payment through bank or demand draft
Pay commision
Get your transfer done
Start build your new 10 marla house
