Dha lahore phase 9 extention 125000 kanal area renamed dha lahore phase 10 today. Dha lahore have also received noc for same. Please note for years i was showing on maps and saying this area will be renamed to dha 10. Dha lahore is also thinking and likely to have open files system for dha 10 etc in near future. Dha may also reduce transfer fees in many new phases.

Second how is ideal location and approach for this phase i.e. Phase 10.
Lastly it is also situated around Hudyara Drain (ganda Nala).
there are already some files for sale of phase 10 on zameem.com, but i beleive file price is very high i.e. 1 kanal file around seventy lac is it true?
