Can anyone give an idea about the current prices of a good location (non corner)50x90 and 60x90 plot in the C block of B-17?

I think 50x90 is between 50-60 lacs

you can expect below for good location plots (non corner)
50x90 - 55 -65
60x90 - 65-75
In C block plot series 800 and above seem to be good location.

For 1 kanal the rates are 55-70 Lac.
The prices were at the same level during the boom, so how come people are saying that B 17 block prices have come down? I would say prices are stable , not coming down ?
What are the prices of 35 x 70 in 500 series C block
At one point in the boom last year you could not get 50x90 in C-Block for less than 70. Corner wad 75.
