B 17 E Block Expected Upper Limits Of Prices?

I got two plots in E Block of B-17 and want to have idea about future prospects? Kindly help.

Prices in B-17 are already very high, D block has land acquisition issues, prices in E block will only increase when Margalla road access is complete plus when they will give possession in July 2014. Can not give you a exact estimate of the plot at that time, but prices will increase for sure.

Its a good investment in E Block, safe and secure. As Nasir has mentioned, prices are likely to expected to take a jump now when Marg Ave is complete and functional, so this should have a positive impact and prices should appreciate even further beyond our expectations!

Prices in E-Block have increased by a good amount, although on possession the prices will further increase which is expected in July, 2013.

A 35 70 plot on periphery is arround 36

But you can still get average 30x60 plot in 26-27 range so an average 35x70 should be abt 36-37

In 26-27 range, you can only get those 30x60 plots in Block-E, which are located near boundary, near Nalla or are in depression.

Thats what I was saying as well that same type of 35x70 can still be bought for 36-37

At time of possession 30 by 60 will be available not less then 40, double road or good location corner plots will be around 45

If its really a good location then in block B kanal price is very near 90

Buying near nalla maybe a good option for investment purposes

Sheikh Sb, but those plots are a bit hard to sell to majority of the buyers. Regards
