Currently there is a ban imposed by sindh high court in march 2017 on registration / transfer of lease / sale-deed in the absence of building completion plan. What is the current status as more than 95% of building of karachi (specially before 2013) do not have completion plan. When the ban will be lifted as currently there is a halt on transfer?
