Which areas in islamabad are recommended for investment now for next 2-3 years. Let’s put it this way which areas have the potential to double in next 2-3 years? Please suggest with reasons

1)D-17/D-18 because of margalla avenue & motorway interchange

Plots are possession able except D-17 extension & B block ECHS

All living facilities already available and families are living

Safe & secure investment

D-18 ECHS/AWT both in low budget

Top City & Mumtaz City both are the best.

What about Enclave and Gulberg schemes?

C-15

DHA valley could be another option which really has the potential of doubling in the coming 2 to 3 years....

You may also add Faisal Town, having good potential for good return in 2 to 3 years.

We can never be sure about doubling, but Zone 2 and D-12/I-12 have good prospects.

Details of 1st sub sector

1)ECHS (Engineering cooperative housing society) managed by FWO

In ECHS D-18 there are 11 blocks & there are only two sized 60x90 almost 95% plots & 10 marla almost 5% only in M-Block near E-18 boundary

All plots are possession able except B-Block and have all living facilities installed

Families are living

Prices of 10 marla is between (18-22 lac)

Prices of 60x90 (35-60 lac)

Price vary from location of plot & block wise
