What is the best up and coming luxurious housing community close to the new international airport?
For luxury-living close to airport, this would be my order of priority.
1. Eighteen Islamabad (if money didn't matter}
2. Top City
Bit far from Kashmir highway and airport but quality living in affordable prices:
3. B-17
4. Multi Orchards (farmhouse only)
Not luxurious but right on KH and close to airport:
5. G-16 (1.7 kanal cutting only)
If I wanted to stay close to airport and motorway, but not Islamabad, and if I could wait for 3-4 years, then:
