Can you please guide which is the best society at the moment for short term investment of 3 to 12 months. I mean b17 or fh or gulberg projects or any other???

B-17 is good comparatively, you need to plan your investment minimum for 6 to 8 months as presently trading is bit slow.

It would depend on how much you could invest.
In no particular order of preference, here is my pick but keep in mind about 12 months at min.
Long Term (I-15, E-12, C-14), Gulberg, Enclave, Park View, CBR (Prime, Residencia, Overseas), Capital Smart (Overseas), Top City etc, B-17 (F, G).
It can be among one of the best, considering the location, however, subject to NOC etc.
What about I 16?

As of now there is more activity in Gulberg Residencia in terms of genuine demand. However, B-17 is active too. If you are interested in projects near the airport, then B-17 is better option.

2- GULBERG RESIDENTCIA (DEVELOPED + POSSESSION ONLY)
3- BAHRIA ENCLAVE (DEVELOPED + POSSESSION ONLY)
4- BAHRIA PHASE 8 (DEVELOPED + POSSESSION ONLY)
B-17 G block as the development has officially started at full pace
Also Faisal hills A block Main Markaz commercial as the streets are already cut and carpeting is about to start there
