Best scheme for future investment (islamabad)

Asalam alaikum all,

I have a limited budget of 12-14 lakh per plot (8-10 marla).With in the Budget of 12 Lakh for 10 MArla

I prefer a scheme so the land can also be protected. DHA,Bahria etc

I would like take advice of the best scheme that i can buy a plot with minimum cost (12lakh) and maximum return in furture (5-6 years) / 60-70 lakh.

Wapda Town is the best.

Go for a 10 marla plot in E/ F block of TopCity, it will cost you around 18 lac in total.

1:Multi B-17 E block 30x60 1.9 to 2.8 million depend on location.

2:Gulberg.

3:TC 10 Marla.

It's good time to invest in zone2.Allah is the best planner and he knows what will be the best for us.

Dear Naeem bahi,

Bahria phase 1 to 8,Dha,Gulberg in zone5 and other hand B-17,G and I sectors side is zone2 and i think zone2 is going to extend because of new Airport PECHS,TC,AWT,WT,MC in that area.
