Dear M Block is not announced yet in B-17. The recent Block in B-17 is G.
Secondly, Faisal Hills is good for taxila or kpk residents. It is linked to B-17 from Block G. There is no duct clouds now bcoz supreme court has made the decision to stop crush work there. Furthermore CH. Abdul Majeed has purchased the Margalla mountains there. So all the crushing work is stopped.
Thirdly, Faisal Hills is giving Posession In A Block. Only NDC or ADC files are available there. After this, B & C Blocks will be good for Files trading. But B-17 is far better than Faisal Hills.

I think G is over price so wait may they launch H block if you like check AGG(Airport Green Garden)which is good at this moment because of it location and with best access and other hand Park View City may you get something in H and upcoming overseas block.

Brother, MPCHS has started offering 21% discount in G block files now a days. So people are paying & Rate is rising because ADC files have started trading in G Block also. Secondly G block possession is expected in Mid 2022, And its expected that they will announce H Block on possession ceremony as well. According to a land surveyor in MPCHS , they have purchased a lot of land near Thatha Khalil village area on other side of Motorway.
