2:You can find some 560 to 650 sq yads apartment spring north phase7.
3:Awami villa is also good option but need more budget 5 to 6 million.
4:E-11 small apartments also good option for rental.

5 marla in dha 5 P block can be a reasonable option in this budget.
Apartments in most of the areas in Islamabad have downward trend. People are seeking better options for investment in plots for many reasons. So if you want better return on investment than go for plots.
if u decide for flats than DHA is best option.
