How beneficial it is? What is the future of this town? Is it good to purchase a plot there?

I have done research on different societies. It all depends on the budget you have to invest in land. Right now ICHS is only credible
and legitimate society having 7 NOC's from government.
Currently you can get Plot in ICHS for 3.5 lac to 4 lac and positive point of this society is you will be allotted plot on map with PLOT number so in case if you pay 4lac now for corner plot you will be allotted a corner plot right now, unlike other societies until you pay full amount they don't allot a plot on map. Overall its good. Recently ringroad interchange by RDA has been approved on gate 2 of ICHS Town
