Can any expert who has in depth knowledge of cbr phase 2 please guide me pros cons of investment in cbr phase 2. Which blocks are good? Reputation of society? Investment is good or not in cbr phase 2 etc.

Cbr 2 is good society for long term investment at least 3 to 5 years specially for small investor.
Legally it compliance all NOCs from concerned authority.
Development is very slow but price is low as compared to adjacent societies.
I think prime block is good for investment.
