I have a few queries regarding property transfer and will appreciate your guidance.
My grandmother wants to gift a property to me which is in g-8. Will this be family transfer in cda? Or will i have to Pay all the duties and taxes on registered gift deed?
As my grandmother is aged, is there anyway that we can get the transfer exectued in cda without her having to be physically present there? Like can she give power of attorney to someone?
