Cda is expected to launch 3 sectors in the next month. Almost 2000 cda sector plots will be available in market. The private housing societies have therefore started advertising their own projects. These housing societies are mostly illegal and do not have proper civic amenities. All of you are requested to please wait for just one more month before investing in such societies. Sector d-13, e-13, f-13, c-14 will be available with files with as low as price as rs 6 million for 1 kanal plot. These sectors are expected to be the most beautiful new sectors of islamabad as all of them will be in foothills of margalla and have slightly better weather conditions

To all dream sellers .. These three sectors have dense population of villages and I don't think CDA will ever able to vacate it.. It may be a attempt to generate some revenues for CDA and complete pending projects... CDA failed to vacate G-14 and E-12 for more than 20 years..
however in speculations some good players will earn and dump players will lose money
how to be a good player? 
@AKH. Good players are either a part of the mafia manipulating the market or have a strong, reliable insider within that group. There is really no other way to do this because when market is getting manipulated, there is no rational way to forecast what’s going to happen next.
