I recently visited d-17 and reviewed some properties. Some property dealers were saying that transfers are stopped because there are some issues with the map and all.
I did not find any accurate information and was hoping to get a ckear idea on what is going on. And if transfers will be reinstated at any point?

I also visited there and a property dealer told me that about 900 million penalty is imposed by CDA due to violation in LOP and stopped all transfers. I did not pursued further and thus cannot verify the details.
