I need you guidance on my first property investment in dha-2 block l.I have 1 kanal option in street no 28 which seems end of sector L in map.Can anybody confirm what could be reasonable price in this street?The seller is my relative and he is expecting around 8 million.Gurus and expert plz throw some light on his demand and help me out to take decision.
I have a one for sale in street 29 with the demand of 75 which is a bit negotiable…
