I want buy a kanal / 10 marla plot in dha phase 5 sector p .Is it good for investment for a period of one to two years.Will their be price gain in this time frame as development is going on.

Poet sir yes machinery is wroking in that area and is developing at reasonable pace…1 kanal is between 88 to 110 lacs approx and 10 marla between 67 to 77 lacs approx.
