I have been trying to get some clarity on dha phase ii extension. So far, i have been told the following. I would appreciate if someone could verify the accuracy of these statements.
1) there will be a reshuffling of plots in dha-ii ext. The whole set of blocks will be merged into 4 big blocks.
My question is, if that's the case, then why are some blocks trading at a higher price than other? For instance, 1-kanal al dues clear files in m block are available for rs. 36 lac and the same in s-block for rs. 34 lac.
2) dha valley plots 8- marla plots are available for rs. 14 lac. Is it a better buy?
Any other tips / info on this would be greatly appreciated.

Both are good for long term.At the moment valley is better then Dha phase2 Ext because development is going on in valley.

DHA Valley k Oleander and Lilly block k baaray may apki kia raayey hy for short term I mean around 6 months to 1 year time frame.
