Friends, I would like to purchase a 10 Marla plot and need your guidance on whether Enclave 1 or Phase 8 blocks would give best returns on an investment of 2 years.
Mr hammad Bahria is Bahria there is no any question,both of good projects.
Enclave1 with name of Islamabad this is plus point with this project.as for investment,Bahria not yet get NOC from CDA.
Phase8 which is very good,beautiful project,already most developed area,as for investment F1,2 or safari valley is good.
