Thanks sir there are different sizes of shops available for sale min price is about 28 laks totall price increases with shop size and floor. There are totall 11 floors totally commercial shoping mall no apartments or offices in this mall

This project is just 10 mins from where i live. The location is good but its not the centre of f-10.
The pace of work is very slow. The digging part took around 3 to 4 months.
I dont think parking would be in the basement as the plot size is not that big so in future there will parking issues.
The animated 3d video showing on TV is a bit exaggerated.
Considering the price tag as mentioned above its worth investing.

HT sab supposition is not good first we should be aware about some thing, there 2 underground car parking and there is no such big project in f-10 11 story mall, yes if it was in centre there would be parking problem but it is the plus point of the area. Yes work was slow but how much rain in the last few months and working in the basement. There is no exegeration look at the credibility of the developers they have already completed deans peshawar and silk centre rawalpindi. Prices are lower than f-11 where persq 182000 and here 125 now feel the difference
