The forum is missing experts. Syed Ibrahim is only one expert there and he is really good and his advices are very nice. I really admire his efforts to keep this forum live.
But if there are a few more experts then discussion will be more helpful for investors and buyers. So far I heard only pros of F-15. But if you visit there you see only one machine working there one side of F-15/1 is almost 50-60 is in depression. I wonder how people say that it will be doubled in 2 years time.
I want to share one thing here last week a dealer offer a plot in F-15/1 40*80 in 46 lac. Another dealer tell me that plot owner is his close friend he will close the deal around 44.50 lac but my cousin's friend who is also a dealer done it @ 41 lac. What should I do?????

Its very simple that you were thinking and the opportunist done it. if someone is telling you 46 lac and you think that price is 40 lac you should go for an offer. this is your right to offer 30 lac for that plot but you should minimum create an offer. demand is always demand not final price. so many times we get a million discount at final meeting with the owner but sometimes we cant get 20 thousand discount on 5 million plot. it depends on the seller.

No Sir you are a champ! I really like your answars. BTW today you post an ad for Plot in G-14/4. My offer is 60 lac.
And by the way kamran i know that price is high of that plot but what i can do this is demand by seller:)
@Kamran:Its up to other peoples who know and deal in market to spent some time here so other can benefits. At least you and Ibrahim cover and help regarding Islamabad and Lahore but look at me, i am the only one who contributes from Karachi and really i need more help because Karachi is so big and it is not possible for me to cover all of it. I can only tell about areas where i deal and also not possible for me to come daily but i will surely try.About Ibrahim i agree with you.Wish he was also from Karachi. :)

My family have different properties in Karachi and we are always in process of converting one to another, shifting to one area from another and that practice paid us handsomely.
For investment in Lahore, I am willing to offer what I think is better at the moment, I am not an expert but have know how of Lahore market since 1995. So hopefully i will put up my opinion in this forum about Lahore as well…

As there is no moderator or admin of forum i think this thread should be open so we contributors can discuss different suggestion and question for ourselves and first question is from myself need your guys input.Some peoples ask for good estate agents contacts.Should i give them to whom i deal personally or the number of only those who register on zameen only????
Thanks KK. Actually i am not expert at all. I am searching a plot in Islamabad. Still i am in search but i met few dealers during last 2-3 months. I can now claim that i can help few people in this forum to buy a property in Islamabad in some specific areas. I am employee in a software company. Not in property business at all.
Ibrahim Bhai, I saw that plot. It is not very well located. Margalla face ad very unsafe if someone build for resident on urgent basis. I think 60 is very reasonable. Any how jin ka plot ha un ka haq ha. I am searching a pindi face 35*70 plot. If you can help i will realy appriciate.
@Kamran:That’s might nice of you.You are sharing the experience you get for your own plot searching.And be warned friends its mostly thankless job.Some people gets wrong ideas after searching on net only and when anyone told the real market price who circulate and working in market in real life they some times response rudely.Its ok with estate agents who get commission for their troubles but i will try such behavior do not discourage me and wish for others too who just participating to help others.
