Law and Order situation in Peshawar is worst.And it cannot be improved until the end of Human Life in this world.So, what difference will Bahria Town Make in Peshawar???Nothing!!!Rather people would need a psychotherapy after doing trading in BT Peshawar like many needed in Karachi BT trading.Malik played well with people’s money and there are many who have lost millions in Karachi Certificate trading.So, if anyone remembers humiliation by BT in Karachi project, then he will not go for investment in Peshawar BT.Rest it’s everybody’s own money…

Very positive comments from Haaa, This is true Bahria town Peshawar will not make a hudge impact on Islamabad/Rawalpindi properties.But it will effect PESHAWAR local socities.
Its been long long time no big project has launch in Peshawar. I wish PESHAWAR law and order sitiation get better,because PESHAWAR is a capital of KPK and really need a big projects from big brands.
I would say DHA and MPCHS should also open some projects in Peshawar.It will create thousands of jobs for people of KPK.
Dear mr Tanoli nice thoughts but it is not people's politics it s money making and big fish have nothing to do with these sentiments. Keeping in view the present law and order situation in KPK it would be a day dream.

Peshawar has huge populations/especilay the affluent displaced people from kpk and naturalized Afghans and the buying capacity of this city can be well imagined by the boom in islamabad real-state along with Karachi investors. The whole zone 2 is predominantly Peshawar folks.
In Peshawar the only decent housing society is Hayatabad which only zone 1 in Islamabad can compete in terms of per marla prices.
Due to shortage of housing society and capable buyers Peshawra has tremendous potential just like Karachi and the smart Malik Riaz was quick enough to sense it besides the law and order their.
If Bahria hits peshawar I think Islamabad will see a big decline in prices.

BT Peshawar will have some effect if not major as KPK investors had a big pool in RWP/ISB real estate and whenever they pull out some of their investments to dip into BT Peshawar then major kickbacks will be Zone-2 and Zone-5.
But on the optimistic side "Pathanon k pass buhat paisa hai so y they pull out their investments from safer zones rather they can invest without taking out their investments from here".
Keep fingers crossed, BT Peshawar will be hit show in the start due to investors interest.
And dont worry for RWP/ISB market it will be more or less stable not going to be big decline might be some adjustments.
