I-12 is good safe option for five years time period.Development major thing once development start it will give you very good return.Nobody believe CDA because many big projects are delay.CDA is not serious with Islamabad.
TC is good option for short term.TC market is unstable because of some issues.Location wise best project.I hope management will resolve issues.New map is on the way according to some dealers.let's hope for best.

I think E'F'G'H are in danger zone because TC going to change map so A,B,C and D are safe.

Buy good location 30x50 plot in Mumtaz City in Ravi Block getting ready for possession in coming few months.... Forget about it for few years... And it will be around 7 to 8 million in coming few years in sha Allah.... Very safe and secure investment option at very good location....
