I 14 or 1 15 or i 16 which is best investment

Please advise i 14 or 1 15 or i 16 which is best investment

I-14 is best, reasons:

  • On ground possession

  • Most populated of all

  • Better access and location for now

There can be better dreams for other sectors but only go for ground realities.

-- I-14, construct & rent out

-- I-15, invest in plot (short to medium term)

-- I-16, construct and sell (long term)

I-14: Improper shaped sector, 30 ft street size, odd size plots starting from 3 marla to 9 marla. Better for immediate construction and to get rental gains.

I-15: Proper Shaped Sector, Minimum 40 Ft street sizes, Only 2 sizes 5 Marla and 7 Marla. Better for good gains in future on plots. I-15/3 pace of development is very satisfactory and people are surprised to see the quality of development from CDA. I-15/4 is next to go and its rates are almost the same to I-15/3 developed sub sector. I-15/1 and 2 are bit long term.

I-16: Proper shaped sector, I-16/2 is populating fast, if get another access from Kashmir Highway it will shoot up though very long term. Better for living and investment will see good growth in future with a security of possession.
