I have budget of 20 lac. With this small budget i got few options for investment like bahria enclave, dha valley, i-16, bharako, bani galaxy, regi lalma.
Please suggest which one is best option for duration of 2 or more years

I-16 require minimum 5 to 8 years to get populated, Rest of them i can't say any thing. Try to find some thing in I-14 specially I-14/4, Its good located CDA sector.
Last i always prefer CDA sectors.

I-16 is good option, if the airport gets operational in the time frame you have mentioned.
You can also explore plots in T&T F-17 and Faisal Town F-18... But go for plots which have land in possession with the society.
