In search of 7-8 marla residential plot

I want to know the options for a 7-8 marla plot in 7 million max .
I like naval anchorage in this amount to build a house but there is no plot size , they are either 5 marla or 10 marla size , so i want to know the options left . Pwd , soan garden has lot of water shortage issues .
If i shift to g-15, i-14 side , prices are too high around 10 million for 7 marla plot .
Phase 8 is too far away .
So what are the options

For personal living prefer better living standard. Bahria Enclave would be a better choice. Other choices which may be considered are

  1. Gullberg possesion areas

  2. PWD and Pakistan Town are equally good as PWD underpass is on its way to be constructed in near future.

Do not consider water shortage issue as the primary problem because water crisis is every where and it will eventually be a problem in all areas in coming days.

PECHS Islamabad housing society is gold mine and will return very good values It has electricity water and gas and 8 marla plot is 20 lacs

Bahria Enclave is good optionconsidering distance from down town isb and prices. In your budget sector G and N are comfortably inline.

I also have similar question. I want to shortlist between faisal town and top city for house contruction within a year time. Pros & cons in these two sector from experts please, or any other recommendation in close areas.

If Faisal Town suits your daily commute, it will be a good choice. Top City have lot of internal disputes which can arise in future as well.

If top city area suits your needs you may consider Mumtaz City as well which is adjacent to Top City.
