Investment advice needed plz..

Seeking investment advice from property experts in purchasing plot which costs around 5 million that can give good returns in 2 to 3 years time. Please advise from below options
10 marla in bahria enclave
10 marla in phase8 bahria
I kanal file in dha multan

DHA Multan and BE Islamabad both are good......

Return in DHA Multan could be very good if the development is some how carried out at good pace in 3 years time frame.

On the other hand, BE is steadily growing over the past year or so. Quality and speed of development work is good in BE.

In bahria enclave plz suggest sector which is better interms of height location and solid ground and also in 5 million price bracket.

The best option could be 8 marla possession plots in Sector G.... Or you can also go for 8 marla Sector N.....

Otherwise, 5 marla height location in Sector H are also best option.

Thanks for reply. People question abt bahria enclave legality like no NOC etc.. Is it safe investment like DHA?

BE currently don't have NOC from CDA... That is true...

But you know, who cares, there are hundreds of houses and commercial plazas built up, ... It looks almost impossible to stop this project, where on the other hand, they are following the rules and regulations interms of constructions....

In terms of safety, DHA is more secure as the same is an institution with strong backing of Army, whereas Bahria Town is a pvt project.

What should be price range for 8 marla plot in sector N with possession and one with no possession.

When non possession plots in sector N will be developed n given possession.

Think for D-18, D-17 good for future, BE is also future.
