I am an overseas pakistani. I want to buy property for investment my budget is 6-7 million . I have seen some places in d17 and b17 e f block. I am interested in developed society only.
I need advise if investment in these places is a good idea roi wise or these places have already seen their growth?
Also if you suggest any alterneative areas, being from haripur these places suit me.
D-17 is a good place for living. Very developed already. B-17 is not bad either.
