As the title suggest, i am looking for suggestions to invest around 7 million in instalments (of which i can pay 3 million at the moment and remaining amount in instalments).
Investment cities (in order of preference) : lahore, islamabad, multan, karachi, bahawalpur
Investment preference : preferably commercial plot, second option is residential. Looking to invest in dha or other reputable projects only.
Investment Time : 8-10 years

In Islamabad commercial option can be Phase 8 ext. But its highly risky. Phase 8 has been black spot on Bahria Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
